Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle and profound hands-on therapy that assists the body's natural capacity for self repair.

Our bodies are always trying to maintain an optimal level of health, but on occasion, perhaps because of emotional or physical trauma, lowered immunity and other factors, it gets stuck and needs assistance to free up its healing potential. Craniosacral therapy does exactly that, in a gentle non-invasive way by releasing stresses, blockages and contractions in any area of the body that they are located, allowing energy to flow evenly throughout and the body to get back into a state of balance and harmony.

I run busy clinics in North and Central London, treating a wide range of illnesses that often include physical pain and injuries, anxiety and nervousness, exhaustion, low immunity and other stress related problems.

In clinic I treat all age ranges and also regularly treat babies between the ages of one week and 1 year, helping with issues such as colic, constant crying and interrupted sleep patterns. This treatment has proved to be particularly beneficial in treating these types of issues, especially if they may have arisen due to difficult or prolonged births or even after c-sections.
